Effective Date: April 3, 2025
At IT Music, we value our customers and strive to provide the best services in the music distribution industry. However, as with all services, certain terms and conditions must apply. Please read the following Refund Policy carefully before making any purchases or requesting any refunds.
1. General Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided in the cases where IT Music fails to fulfill its obligations under the agreed terms or if certain technical issues occur on our platform. Refund eligibility is strictly governed by the following conditions:
- Service Failure: If we fail to deliver music to third-party platforms or if our platform experiences issues that prevent you from accessing the service you paid for, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Duplicate Payments: If you have been charged more than once for the same service, we will issue a refund for the duplicate payment after verification.
- Unauthorized Transactions: Refunds will be processed in cases of unauthorized transactions where you can prove that the payment was not made by you.
- System Errors or Glitches: If technical errors occur on our system, such as incorrect billing or payment processing issues, we will investigate and issue refunds if necessary.
- Incorrect Billing Information: If your payment has been processed with incorrect details (e.g., wrong account or payment method), we will issue a refund upon verification.
2. Non-Refundable Services
While we strive to meet customer expectations, some services are non-refundable under all circumstances. These services are listed below:
- Music Already Distributed: Once your music has been distributed to third-party platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, etc., refunds cannot be provided due to the irreversible nature of distribution.
- Subscription Fees: Subscription payments made for recurring services (e.g., monthly or yearly subscriptions) are non-refundable, even if the subscription is canceled early.
- Metadata Errors: Refunds will not be provided if your release is rejected by third-party platforms due to metadata issues, such as incorrect ISRC codes or other submission errors.
- Processing Fees: Any transaction charges or service fees imposed by third-party payment gateways or platforms are non-refundable.
- Rejected Releases: If your release is rejected by a third-party platform for reasons including but not limited to copyright violations, platform-specific rules, or content violations, no refund will be issued.
- Account Termination Due to Violations: If your account is suspended or terminated due to copyright infringement, ownership conflicts, or third-party claims, no refund will be issued.
3. Refund Request Process
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the conditions above, you may submit a refund request by following the steps outlined below:

We do not provide refunds in the following situations:
- Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about the purchase, no refund will be issued. Please review your subscription and purchase carefully before proceeding.
- Content Issues: Refunds will not be issued if you are dissatisfied with the content or quality of the services provided, as all content is reviewed and approved before release.
- Cancellation or Early Termination: You will not be entitled to a refund if you choose to cancel your subscription or service before the agreed end date.
5. Refunds for Third-Party Claims
If your content is subject to copyright claims, disputes, or ownership conflicts, the following applies:
- Copyright Claims: If a third-party claims that the content you have submitted violates their intellectual property rights, IT Music may suspend or terminate your account without issuing a refund.
- Revenue Losses: IT Music is not responsible for revenue losses due to third-party claims or delays caused by third-party platforms.
- Account Suspension: In case of account suspension due to copyright infringement, no refund will be issued for the subscription or services already provided.
6. Refunds for Service Cancellation
In rare cases where IT Music decides to cancel or discontinue a service, we will issue a refund for any unused portion of the service. This includes:
- Discontinuation of Service: If IT Music discontinues or terminates a particular service (such as a distribution feature), we will refund you the amount paid for the unused portion of the service.
- Service Modifications: If a significant change in the terms of service occurs (such as a price increase), you will have the option to request a refund for any unused services at the old rate.
